Yield: 1 bar – 5 drop moulds
Ingredients:
5 layers of thin swiss roll in drop shape
Alaska-express cream
0,050 kg Alaska-express Fruit like mango or raspberry flavour
0,060 kg Water
0,250 kg Whipped cream, unsweetened
Dissolve Alaskaexpress with water and fold in the whipped cream.
Method:
Set together the Alaska-express and Swiss roll.
Refrigerate for approx. 1 hour.
Decorate with Cristaline and fresh fruits as shown in the picture.
