Creme a la Carte is range of ready to use fillings made from white chocolate,cream and alcohol.
With their soft, rich texture, they are ready to be piped as a filling in moulded confectionery – no tempering needed (only slightly heating, not higher than 29 °C)!
They can also be served as sauces with desserts.
